Shipping Details

Excel Supply Company DBA Qmedical uses UPS for most of their shipping needs.
On most orders, Excel Supply Company DBA Qmedical customers may request a UPS tracking number by e-mail. However, when an order is drop shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, an e-mail notification may not be provided.
UPS only ships to street addresses and will not ship to a PO Box. PO Box address, APO, FPO and other locations outside the country will received an email regarding shipping prices, tracking information (if available) based on the provided address.

Every effort is made to process and ship in-stock items the day the order is received. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. PST time will ship the following business day. For urgent deliveries, please call to confirm shipping.

A back order notification will be sent on any item that is not in stock.
Excel Supply Company DBA Qmedical web site automatically calculates shipping cost based on standard shipping algorithms. We reserve the right to make the necessary corrections due to an electronic error. If the corrected amount results in a higher shipping fee of over $5.00, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.

Some of our products ship factory direct and some manufacturers require a minimum order and may charge for broken cartons. A few manufacturers will not ship less than a full case lot. Some bulky items may require an additional freight amount above what is shown in our system. In this case you will be notified ASAP and will have the option to cancel the order at that time.

Transit Times: (for items in stock, shipping via UPS Ground Service from the Excel Supply Company DBA Qmedical warehouse, located in Issaquah, WA, USA.)

North West: 1-3 days
South West: 3-4 days
Mid West region: 3-4 days
North East: 5-6 days
South East: 5-6 days

Orders drop shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse may experience longer transit times depending on the location of the manufacturer's warehouse.
Expedited shipments such as UPS Red, Blue, and Orange
Excel Supply Company DBA Qmedical offers expedited shipping for our customers' convenience.
We offer the ability to ship "In Stock" items UPS Red (Next day Air) (UPS Blue 2nd Day Air) (UPS Orange 3rd Day Air).

Note: Weekends and Holidays are not considered travel days and UPS will not deliver on the weekend. If you order on Friday the delivery will be the following work week day.
Expedited orders shipped on Friday: UPS next day shipped on Friday will be delivered Monday, 2nd day air will be delivered on Tuesday and 3rd day air delivered on Wednesday.
On Fridays only, UPS next day Saturday delivery might be available in your area, please call our customer service department for more details.

Due to technical or human error, Excel Supply Company DBA Qmedical cannot guarantee the ship day or delivery day on any expedited shipment. We recommend you call and consult with our customer service department to verbally communicate all expedited shipping requirements at 253-896-1195.
Some products ship "Factory Direct." We'll do everything possible to have the factory ship your order as requested however we cannot guarantee the factory will be able to meet your deadlines. We highly recommend after placing your order online that you call and consult with our customer service department about your delivery requirements.

For Freight Shipments:
When your freight arrives...
Immediately upon arrival, inspect your shipment. Delivery drivers must wait for the product to be inspected at time of delivery.
Freight damage happens on less than 1% of all freight shipments. If damage is found, it is very important that you write detailed damage notes on the freight bill before signing.
If you consider the damage to be excessive, refuse the delivery and call Excel Supply Company DBA Qmedical at 253-896-1195.

Please inspect your order thoroughly and open all packages and visually inspect for any damages, cracks and punctures.
